Great Dentists Talk to Their Clients on the Phone
In a successful dental practice, great dentists talk to their clients on the phone. If a client calls into the dental office and requests to speak directly to the dentist, the dentist should return the client’s call as promptly as possible.
Never ask your dental assistant to return the call for you. This will insult the client by giving them the impression that you do not care about their problem, and they may never return to your office again. Worst they may tell their family and friends of the ill treatment they received. It only takes a moment out of your day to talk to your clients on the phone when needed. You should never be too busy to take your client’s call or return your client’s call. Your clients are the most important people to your dental business. You should never be too busy to return their phone calls, it is bad for business.
Talking with your clients on the phone is just one aspect of excellent customer service. Excellent customer service translates in a great patient base and more revenue into your dental business. Never be too busy to talk to your clients on the phone.
