Does Your Waiting Room Market Your Practice? It Should!
The reception area and waiting room of your dental practice is an ideal location to market your dental services. While patients are waiting for their appointments, you have a captive audience! Instead of only providing entertainment magazines and soap operas on the television for your patients to occupy themselves with during their wait, you should provide them with the opportunity to learn more about the dental services and successes your dental practice provides.
Always have an ample supply of educational dental brochures readily displayed and available in the waiting room. A photo album containing before and after photos as well as testimonials of patients that have experienced teeth whitening, straightening or any other corrective or cosmetic treatment is always of interest to your patients, and photos of actual cases showing amazing results, sells.
In addition, a flat-screen television showing dental videos of procedures as well as before and after results helps to familiarize patients with the dental treatments allaying fears and apprehensions patients may have. This is your opportunity to sell your dental services and talents to a captive audience.
